Postpartum Small Group Training

 

The goal of this program is to provide you the guidance you need to return to fitness safely and effectively by teaching the fundamentals of reengaging with the core and pelvic floor muscles, and coaching strategies to help you progressively meet the demands of everyday life. 

In these uncertain times, it is easy to believe that achieving this is much too difficult. Perhaps you’re feeling a deep sense of loneliness from weeks of isolation from loved ones during an especially vulnerable season of your life. Maybe you’re weary of another week of managing distance learning, or taking care of rambunctious little ones while working from home. Maybe you’re struggling with sleep. Maybe you’ve put your own health on the back burner while taking care of those around you.

Whatever challenges you’re facing, please know that you’re not alone. I’m here to help.

My hope is that in this program you find yourself supported and equipped to move forward by adopting strategies that work uniquely for you. 

I sincerely hope to encourage you that you are worthy of receiving the care you need to navigate the uncharted or unsteady waters of exercising after delivery, and more than that, the care you need to thrive in your calling as a mother and beyond.

The Postpartum Fitness program includes:

  • An Initial Assessment (1.5-hour)

    • A review your health history, current fitness level, and personal health and fitness goals

    • A physical assessment of movement patterns and tendencies

    • Education on the individual considerations for exercise in postpartum and symptom management 

  • Small Group Exercise Training

    • Progressive in-person training coupled with a home-based program to provide support, education and troubleshoot obstacles in training

    • 12 1-hour sessions; 2x/week for 6 weeks

    • No more than 3 participants per group

  • A Follow-up Assessment

    • A reassessment upon completion of the treatment plan to evaluate your progress and training goals and provide you feedback and next steps in your training

Pricing

  • 1.5-hour Initial Assessment ($125), 

  • 12 1-hour small group training sessions; 2x/week, 6 weeks ($25/session)

  • 1-hour Follow-up Assessment ($85)
