Yes. Every journey begins with a 60-minute Initial Assessment so we can understand your goals, assess movement, and design the most effective path forward. It’s the foundation of safe, purposeful progress.

We’ll walk through your health history, explore movement patterns, and clarify your goals. You’ll leave with personalized insights and a clear plan for next steps — whether that’s private sessions, group training, or ongoing coaching.

Not sure what fits best? That’s totally normal. We’ll take what we’ve gathered from the initial assessment, honour your needs, preferences and life season and collaborate on your next right step.

Absolutely! Semi-private training (2:1) is a great way to stay motivated and supported. Availability is limited, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Yes — kinesiology coaching and some training services are available virtually. We’ll confirm what’s possible based on your goals and preferences during your assessment.
